I found a HOCM. It pleased me because the cardiologist did not hear a murmur. The lady was very offensive. She was a little old tweety bird with leg artery disease. She hated me for invading her birds breast thorax. She never complained about the procedure, but she bitched about the time it took to perform an echocardiogram. The cardiologist wants to invite her in for a sniff test. Amyl Nitrate. Let's see if she will come back in for the test. Comments will be welcome. I have not done a sniff test in years.
